If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

We do not refund shipping charges.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final. We are a wholesale hair extension company and do not have large margins that might factor this into their retail pricing. This applies to both online and in-store purchases.

Please note that our online store is separate from our store, therefore online orders cannot be returned for in-store credit and they must be refunded to their original form of payment. Online orders cannot be exchanged in-store.

All clearance products including special listings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
